James Dudderidge MP has sent me a letter suggesting as I voted Conservative in the last general election I should vote Conservative in the local elections "so that we send a message to No 10 about dissatisfaction with Labour".
I cannot believe the sheer arrogance of the suggestion I should use my vote in the local elections as some type of Mori poll on the national Government.
