Mr Justice Andrew Collins felt there had been "poisonous national and local media coverage of the Dale Farm issues".
He should actually have been praising the local press for its in-depth coverage of both sides of the story.
There have been numerous articles in the press about the situation and I believe all have been thoroughly researched.
No reporter of any repute (which Jon Austin surely is) would publish articles without the facts to back them up.
Perhaps, as Jon says, it is just that the truth is sometimes painful. Long live freedom of the press
