A man is due in court today charged with murder in connection with a missing Pitsea mum.
Gary Bennett, 36, of Caister Drive, Pitsea is due to appeared in Basildon Crown Court this morning.
He’s charged with murdering Madison Wright, 30, from Pitsea who went missing on July 22.
Madison, 30 had not been seen or heard from since the morning of Friday, 22 July. An investigation into her disappearance was launched by Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate.

Back in late July a body was discovered at Wat Tyler Country Park in Pitsea. Pitsea Recycling Centre and Wat Tyler Park were shut for days as police carried out enquires.
Thousands of pounds was raised by the community in a bid to support the family of a missing mum after a body was found in a Pitsea park.
In just 24 hours, 83 separate donations have been made to a GoFundMe page set up for the family of Madison Wright, 30, raising more than £6,000.
