DELAYS and cancellations expected for hours as the c2c line is blocked due to failure of electricity supply.
Bosses have said the line between Pitsea and Southend Central is blocked following the issue.
All trains between Laindon and Shoebury and between Pitsea and Grays will not be served.
c2c have apologised for the disruption caused to commuters and said "currently disruption is expected until 14:00".

Replacement bus services are now operating between Laindon and Shoebury and between Grays and Pitsea.
Greater Anglia, Arriva Bus, London Overground, and London Underground are conveying passengers via any reasonable route until further notice.
Ticket acceptance is in place.
Many commuters have been impacted by the electricity failure and expressed their frustration on social media.
