SOUTHEND Airport’s last passenger flight of the year will take-off for Faro on Monday… with holidaymakers having to wait until March before they make a return.
Budget airline giant easyJet will be running flights from Southend Airport from late March next year.
Its last flight of this year will leave the airport on Monday, October 31.

The return of passenger flights to Southend has proved a massive success with holidaymakers lapping up flights to Faro, Malaga and Majorca.
Residents are eager to see which routes easyJet will fly to from Southend Airport next summer, so far the same three destinations as this year have been confirmed, but there are hopes more will be announced before than.
The airline giant returned to Southend Airport in May with its inaugural summer flight heading to Mallorca.
