AN URGENT appeal was released by the police after a Southend family of three was reported missing.

UPDATE 3/11 3pm: The family have now been found safe.

Yvonne Chimanayi, 43, has not been seen since Saturday, October 29 – and neither have her two children, 17-year-old Paris Rwambiwa and eight-year-old Ayesha Rwambiwa.

The three were last seen in Southend at 12.20pm on Saturday, with Ms Chimanayi also believed to have connections in Thurrock.

Yvonne Chimanayi is described as black, 5ft 2ins tall, and with black shoulder length hair.

When she was last seen she was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, white trainers and was carrying some bags.

Paris Rwambiwa, who is 17, is described as black, of slim build, 5ft 5ins tall, with very long black hair.

When she was last seen she was wearing a green jacket, blue jeans, white trainers and carrying a black rucksack.

Ayesha Rwambiwa, who is eight, is described as black, about 4ft 11 ins tall and of slim build with shoulder length black hair.

She was last seen wearing pink tracksuit bottoms, a white top, a black jacket, white trainers and possibly carrying a blue or green trunkie case.

Anybody who has seen any of them is asked to call 999 and quote 0667 of 31 October.
