QUEUEING traffic is surrounding the A127 in Southend and Rochford due to ongoing construction works.
Congestion has built along Manners Way from Rochford Road to Prince Avenue.
This comes as Sutton Road has been closed due to utility repair and maintenance works.

It is reported the road closure will be in place until February 8.
AA Traffic News say: “Queuing traffic on A1159 Manners Way Southbound from Rochford Road to A127 Prince Avenue (Cuckoo Corner).
“Congestion to Rochford Road.
“Earlier congestion has eased, though traffic towards the A127 is still slow, with the main queues being on Manners Way.
“Temporary traffic signals due to telecoms works on Southend Road near Sutton Road.”
