Driver caught speeding on A127 in Basildon is fined more than £300
An Eastwood driver has been fined more than £300 after speeding on a major south Essex road.
Adetola Steven Okuromade, of Four Sisters Close, Eastwood, was caught on the A127 between Laindon and Nevendon driving at 60mph on January 21 last year.
The speed limit was 50mph.
The 50-year-old admitted the offence on February 1 and has been fined £320.
He must also pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and prosecution costs of £105.
His driving record has been endorsed with 3 points.
