Drivers are being warned to allow extra time after part of the M25 was shut following a crash.
The major motorway was closed anti-clockwise within junction 28 due to a crash involving two lorries.
Essex County Council's traffic control is reporting the crash also involved a car, and there has been a diesel spillage.
The M25 has since re-opened, according to National Highways, however delays remain.
There are delays of 50 minutes above normal travel times, so drivers are being urged to allow extra time for their journeys.
A National Highways spokesman tweeted: "A complex and protracted recovery operation will be ongoing throughout the afternoon.
"There's a 50 minute delay on approach so allow extra journey time."
There are long delays back to almost junction 30 (A13).
