INVESTIGATIONS into a spate of thefts have seen police release an appeal to speak to Sean Napper.
The 40-year-old from Canvey is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, often seen wearing a tracksuit, and has a distinctive star tattoo on his neck.
Essex Police has released the appeal as the force is currently investigating a series of incidents in Canvey Island from March last year, as well as March this year.
Anyone who has any information, CCTV, or other footage is asked top contact the police on www.essex.police.uk/digital101 or by dialling 101.
