The car has now been recovered and the tunnel has re-opened.

A 30 minute delay remains on approach to the crossing on the #M25 anti-clockwise but this should now start to ease.

There is a 35 minute delay on the approach to the crossing on the M25 anti-clockwise with 4 miles of congestion, however this is expected to ease.
Drivers are urged to allow extra time.
