Detectives investigating an attempted robbery on a c2c train have released images of people they believe could help their probe.
It was reported a victim was on board a train travelling between Chalkwell and Benfleet at about 4.45pm on Tuesday May 9 when they were approached by five young men.
They allegedly attempted to steal the victim’s phone and shouted homophobic abuse.
