A dispersal order is in place in a south Essex town this weekend after concerns about anti-social behaviour in the area.
This dispersal order in Grays will remain in place between 1.30pm today (August 5) and 1.30pm on Monday (August 7).
The area covered includes Grays train station, Grays beach and the area south of the railway line between the two locations.

Inspector Daniel Selby said: “It’s important everyone in our communities can go about their daily lives uninterrupted.
“This order allows us extra powers to disperse any groups that are likely to cause distress or harass others in Grays this weekend.”
