WITH its white tablecloths and irresistible Italian food, Echo readers have voted La Casetta in Leigh as the “Your Favourite Restaurant” competition winner.
Serving authentic Italian food with the highest quality ingredients, this family friendly restaurant is a gem for food lovers in Leigh.
Dishes include tagliatelle all’funghi, risotto verde, spaghetti carbonara and much more.
You won’t find a chicken nugget in sight on the kid’s menu either, it is wholesome Italian recipes all round like pasta, pizza and breaded chicken breast with pasta (although they are happy to switch out the pasta for fries if desired).
Manager Sev Kilic said: “We like to take this opportunity and thanks to all our customers for their wonderful support, they have been given amazing support every since we opened our doors in January 2018, especially during Covid19 time.”
Sev and the team are thrilled to have won the competition which was voted for by Echo readers.

The restaurant is open six days a week, including Tuesday to Friday lunch and Sunday from lunch till late evening, as well as for takeaways.
They serve a traditional British Sunday lunch as well as set menus on weekdays and evenings.
The lunchtime midweek two course meal (between 11am to 2pm) with a glass red or white or sparkling wine costs £14.95.
The evening midweek two course menu, from Tuesday to Thursday, costs £16.95. The children’s menu is £6.95.

They are taking pre-order bookings for the Christmas menu at La Casetta Restaurant, where guests can treat themselves to and Italian feast of £34.95 for three courses and a Christmas Day menu at £79 per person.
The restaurant is open throughout the festive season.
