A PROVISIONAL driver has been reported to police and had their vehicle seized after driving the wrong way down a slip road to join the A13 at Basildon.
Essex Police stopped the driver in a Ford Fiesta and discovered they were a provisional licence holder without L plates and was without a supervisor.
It comes as the individual was driving the wrong way down a slip road to join the A13 at Basildon.
As a result, the driver has been reported for the offence and the vehicle has been seized.
