A town centre restaurant has unveiled a bid to stay open until midnight among other new public notices in Basildon.
Pepe's Piri Piri restaurant, in Southernhay, has proposed to shut at midnight everyday, and deliver until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, from December 15, in a new application for a premises licence.

Plans have been unveiled for the demolition of outbuildings at Dunton Grange, in Lower Dunton Road, to be replaced with six new homes.

Another homes plan has been submitted to Basildon Council for land between Crayside Kennels and Westleigh, Oak Road, in Billericay.
Up to 22 homes are proposed with the formation of new access from Oak Road. Feedback on the outline application is open until November 26.
Feedback on the proposed new four-floor “mini-hospital” at Basildon Eastgate Shopping Centre is also open until November 26.
Plans have been officially submitted for the former Debenhams unit and includes flexible class E floorspace, which means shops could be added to the ground floor.

Tesco has applied for the variation of a premises licence at its new Felmores End store in Pitsea.
The major retailer has proposed to open from 6am until midnight, and sell alcohol during these hours.
Work is already underway on the next Tesco Express which the firm hopes to open in early December.
This application is open to feedback until November 24.
