A MAJOR south Essex road is partially blocked due to a broken-down vehicle.
There are reports of a broken-down lorry at the A13 Stanford-Le-Hope by pass Londonbound after A176 Five Bells interchange.

Long queues are currently forming back to Pitsea.
AA Traffic News say: “Partially blocked and queueing traffic due to obstruction on the road on A13 Stanford Le Hope by pass London bound after A176 (Five Bells Interchange).”
