The free Connected Arts Festival is back at the Victoria Arts Centre today.

The one day of creative fun for everyone is hosted by the N-act Theatre company, this is a free festival on Saturday November 18.

It runs from 10am to 4pm upstairs at the Victoria Arts Centre, Southend, with a special VIP opening at 11am.

The festival is a way to celebrate art and connect those people who are moving to Southend to the creative community of the city.

It includes exhibitions from local artists and creatives; live creative activities – both to watch and take part in; the opportunity to talk to writers, artists, musicians about their work, creative technology, and much more!

With special guests comedians including Essex Radio Presenters Ross McGrane and John Oakes and Southend Portrait Artist of the year winner Kim Davey.

They will be judging the 'Out Of The Box' Art Competition.

Come along for the opportunity to see a range of stalls and be in with a chance to win some creative prizes.

It is located at the top floor of the Victoria Plaza Centre in Southend.
