Dozens of homes have been left without water after a main has burst in Rayleigh.
The water main, on Clarence Road, is undergoing essential roadworks by Essex and Suffolk Water which were supposed to be completed by 1.15pm.

However, Essex and Suffolk Water has posted that there is "unplanned water disruption" in the SS6 area, caused by the burst water main.
Essex and Suffolk Water are currently working to resolve issues in the area.
