Police are searching for a 52-year-old man from Basildon, who was reported missing on Wednesday.
Andrew Smith was reported missing shortly before 2pm. He is described as being 6ft 3, with a large build.
Mr Smith has short hair and a short, bushy beard. He also has a tattoo on his chest of Celtic design.
Essex Police has urged anyone with information on Mr Smith's whereabouts to call 999, quoting incident 565 of 22 November.
