Drivers are facing delays of up to 90 minutes following an earlier closure of one of the Dartford tunnels.
The east bore Dartford Tunnel was closed earlier this evening rush hour after a "van fire and crash", as Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to the scene.
The A282 Essex-bound tunnel is now fully open, but drivers are advised to allow time for delays to ease as there is currently nine miles of congestion.
Motorists heading into the county are facing delays of up to 90 minutes
There are delays also on the A2 on both east and westbound on approach to the M25.
