c2c services have been cancelled and delayed due to an item getting caught in overhead powerlines due to storm Isha. 

c2c has reported travel disruption this morning, due to an item caught in the overhead lines, which has now been removed.

This has caused the cancellation of the:

  • 06:40 Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street due 07:53
  • 07:31 Laindon to London Fenchurch Street due 08:06
  • 08:02 London Fenchurch Street to Grays due 08:38
  • 19:19 Shoeburyness to London Liverpool Street due 20:52 will be cancelled.

The 08:03 Laindon to London Fenchurch Street due 08:38 will be started from West Horndon and no longer call at Laindon due to the item caught in overhead wires. 

The 08:29 London Fenchurch Street to Shoeburyness due 09:36 will be cancelled, due to a train fault.

The 07:31 Thorpe Bay to London Fenchurch Street due 08:30 is to be reinstated due to an object being caught in the overhead wires, with 8 coaches instead of 10 .
