Delays and cancellations have plagued c2c passengers this morning, due to a staff shortage, but the operator says it has now returned to normal.
A shortage of train staff at Shoebury caused disruption across the south Essex network, but c2c insists it has now been resolved.
"Following a shortage of on train staff at Shoebury, train services running across the whole c2c network are returning to normal," a c2c spokesman said.
However, the 7.12am train from London Fenchurch Street to Leigh, due at 7.54am, was cancelled. The 7.07am train from London Fenchurch Street to Pitsea, due at 8.09am, was also cancelled.
