Police have issued an appeal after two incidents which posed a "danger to drivers" as items were left dumped in the same stretch of a south Essex road.
Officers from the Rochford district policing team attended Watery Lane, Rawreth, on Wednesday at 9.36pm after items had been left dumped on the highway, which police branded a "danger to our communities and road users".
Drivers were forced to attempt to navigate their way around the pile left in the road, residents said.
