A CAR has reportedly crashed into a tree in Rochford, prompting a councillor's warning to motorists this evening.
The vehicle reportedly hit a tree near the railway bridge in Rectory Road.
Julie Gooding, Rochford councillor for Hawkwell west, has urged motorists to "be mindful" while driving past the scene.
She said: "Just to give you the heads up and be mindful of a vehicle that has been in an accident, Rochford side of the railway bridge in Rectory Road.
"I hope everyone is safe and looked after by the services. Police are aware."
