The reasons for refusal are not yet available.

2. 208 Clay Hill Road, Basildon SS16 4AA

An outline application to construct one three-bedroom house.

Reason for refusal:

  • The proposed dwelling, by reason of its proposed positioning set close to the boundaries of the site, with limited ground floor amenity space, would result in an intrusive, cramped, over-dominant and overbearing feature in the street scene, to the detriment of the visual amenities of this locality.
