A ROAD near a south Essex school has been closed this afternoon after reports of a crash involving a pedestrian.
Marshfoot Road in Grays has been closed this afternoon, according to Essex County Council's traffic control, due to a crash between the A1089 and the A126.

AA reports the crash involved a car and a pedestrian on St Chads Road, near The Gateway Academy.
This road is reportedly blocked both ways from Dock Approach Road to Chadwell By-Pass.
