POLICE have issued a CCTV image as part of a fraud probe appeal after an incident in Southend.
Officers want to speak to the man pictured in connection with a fraud investigation following the incident in the city last year.
It was reported a card was used at around midnight on Saturday, July 29, in the city.

An Essex Police spokesman said: "If you recognise the man or have any information around who or where he is, you can submit a report online at essex.police.uk or use the live chat button to speak to an online operator between 7am and 11pm.
"Please quote reference number 42/136700/23.
"You can also call us on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
