POLICE and paramedics are on the scene of a crash outside a Leigh secondary school this evening with a road shut off.
Emergency services are on the scene of a crash, after two pedestrians were reportedly hit by a car in Highlands Boulevard.
The road has been shut outside Belfairs Academy while police and ambulance remain at the scene.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "We are currently on the scene of a crash involving a car and two pedestrians on Highlands Boulevard in Leigh.
"Officers were called shortly after 3pm and remain on scene with the ambulance service.
"The road is currently partially closed."
The East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
