Drivers are facing heavy traffic in a south Essex road after reports of a crash this afternoon.
According to AA, there is heavy traffic due to a crash on Stambridge Road, in Rochford, both ways near Mill Lane.

Residents have reported the road has been closed near to the popular Cherry Tree pub due to the incident.
Essex Police has confirmed there was a two-vehicle crash at the junction of Mill Lane and Stambridge Road at around 12.45pm today.
No injuries or arrests have been reported.
