A MAIN road in Basildon is closed this afternoon with heavy traffic building after reports of a crash.
Broadmayne is blocked due to a "crash" from the A176 Roundacre to Southernay, Essex County Council's traffic control says.

Traffic is slow in the area both ways due to the incident.
It is also causing congestion in surrounding roads including Great Oaks, Southernhay, Ghyllgrove, and Roundacre.
