A mental health charity is seeking volunteers for numerous upcoming events in Essex.
A spokesman for South East and Central Essex Mind said: "We have a number of community events coming up this year and would love for you to join us.
"Attend one-off or multiple events with us without pressure of committing regularly - we let you cherry-pick from our volunteer page so that you feel comfortable and enjoy your time helping us."
"Everyone aged 18 and above is welcome, and no previous experience is needed.
"If you have any questions or would like to invite us to your event, you can contact our team via fundraising@secemind.org.uk"
The events include:
- Hamlet Court Road in Harmony Festival, Westcliff on May 26
- VolFest, Chelmsford on June 6
- Essex Pride, Chelmsford on June 22
- Southend Pride, Southend on July 13
- Feel Good Festival, Southend on September 14
- Mental Elf, Belfairs Woods, Leigh on December 1
