A MAJOR south Essex road is blocked amid reports of a caravan fire.
The A127 is blocked both ways, from A132 East Mayne in Nevendon to Cranfield Park Road (Dick Turpin junctions).
The incident is believed to have been ongoing since just before 9pm. Drivers are facing delays in that stretch of the road.
Residents have reported seeing police and firefighters on the scene.
Essex County Fire and Rescue Service have been approached for comment.
