PART of the A13 is closed in south Essex this evening rush hour after a lorry breakdown.
One lane is closed on the Stanford-le-Hope Bypass Southend-bound due to the broken down lorry between The Manorway and Five Bells Interchange.

Drivers are facing long delays back to Orsett Cock, according to Essex County Council's traffic alerts.
AA is reporting "severe" delays which are increasing both Southend-bound and London-bound.
