UPDATE: The man has now been found.
Essex Police are appealing to locate a 53-year-old man who has gone missing from Basildon and was last seen in Feering Green.
The man was last seen in Feering Green on Sunday May 12 - police are looking for him to make sure he is safe.
He is about 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, with short grey hair.
He was last known to be wearing a blue Nike jumper, blue jeans and beige Nike trainers. He has tattoos on his arms.
He has connections to the Pitsea, Vange and Bowers Gifford areas.
He also drives a distinctive campervan which looks like an ambulance.
If you’re with him or have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact police by calling 999 and quoting incident number 1434 of Sunday May 12.
