RESIDENTS in an Essex city have been left stunned after their postcode was revealed as the winner of a huge five-figure prize.
People's Postcode Lottery players in Welshwood Park Road, Colchester, have scooped a share of a £30,000 pot after CO4 3JB was the winning postcode in a draw on May 12.
On weekdays, 20 postcodes are randomly selected with the people in those postcodes who purchased a Postcode Lottery ticket winning £1,000 per ticket.
On Saturdays, players can win a share of £1million, and on Sundays, players can win £30,000.
