MULTIPLE police cars and ambulance vehicles were seen outside Westcliff's Toby Carvery last night after an "incident".
A large emergency services presence including multiple police and ambulance vehicles was seen in Prince Avenue yesterday, by the popular carvery, at around 10pm.
Residents, who wish to remain anonymous, have reported this was in response to a "serious incident".
The nature of this incident is unclear at this stage.
Essex Police and East of England Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
