Motorists are facing severe delays journeying into Basildon this morning after a crash on the A127 partially blocked the road.
Delays of 12 minutes approaching Basildon are being reported on the A127 after an earlier crash partially blocked the road near the Childerditch Lane turnoff.
AA Traffic Map reports that the A127 is "Partially blocked and has very slow traffic due to crash on A127 Southend Arterial Road Eastbound between M25 J29 Romford / Basildon and A128 Tilbury Road Halfway House roundabout."
Slow traffic is also being reported at the Dunton Junction.
