A SECTION of a busy motorway is still experiencing congestion after a vehicle has stalled.
Traffic control has reported that there is still queuing traffic on the M25 anticlockwise before Junction 28 which takes you to the A12 Brentwood and Brook Street Roundabout.
This is due to a lorry stalling earlier today when the incident was first reported at 5.26am.
Congestion is currently going back to Junction 29, A127 Romford.
Motorists should expect some delays in the area due to the incident.
