Services across c2c are facing delays this morning due to a "train fault" at Leigh station.
Train operator c2c is reporting that services may be delayed across their network after the train fault at Leigh.
A spokesman said: "Due to a train fault at Leigh. train services running across the whole c2c network may be delayed.
"Apologies for the inconvenience caused."
Disruption is expected until 11am.
Trains running to or from Shoeburyness may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.
