Commuters are facing delays to their journeys as all lines of the c2c network are disrupted this evening.
Due to a fault with the signalling system at London Fenchurch Street, all lines are disrupted.
As a result, all train services running across the whole c2c network may be cancelled, delayed or revised until 7.15pm this evening, the c2c website states.
So far, six trains have been delayed and two rush hour trains to Southend were cancelled.
A spokesman shared on X: "Due to a fault with the signalling system, all lines are disrupted. Train services running across the whole c2c network may be delayed or revised. Please check your journey here: orlo.uk/1jGpD
"If your journey has been disrupted by more than 15 minutes, you may be entitled to cash compensation. Please visit c2c-online.co.uk/help-feedback/delay-repay for information on how to claim."
