Westcliff Park Street cordon set up around Park Tavern

Photos show a police cordon closing off the exit from Park Street onto London Road in Westcliff, at around 7.25 am this morning, though it is understood the cordon has been in place since the early hours of this morning.

Police have been contacted for comment.
