A police appeal has been launched after a motorcyclist was left injured following a crash with a car in Southend.
Officers investigating a crash between a car and a motorbike in Southend last week are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
The collision took place at around 6pm on Thursday, September 12, on the roundabout on the A1159 at its junction with Sutton Road.
The motorcyclist suffered an injury to his shoulder and required hospital treatment.
Essex Police say the driver of the car initially stopped at the scene, but then reportedly left without exchanging details.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We are appealing to the driver of the car, which is believed to a blue or grey Ford, to contact us.
"We are also asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has any dashcam or other footage to get in touch.
"Please cite incident 0935 of 12 September."
