Multiple ambulances and police cars were seen responding to a serious "crash" in Shoebury last night.
The crash, around 7pm on North Shoebury Road, near the Parsons Corner Roundabout saw multiple ambulances and police cars block the road until 8.15pm.
Reports from residents claim that a car hit a street light, which collapsed into the street.
Essex Police and East of England Ambulance Service have both been contacted for comment.
