Motorists are facing severe delays this morning due to a crash at the Five Bells Interchange.
Drivers are reporting severe delays on the A13 from the Five Bells Interchange, near Basildon back to the Sadlers Farm Roundabout.
Delays of three minutes and increasing are being reported on the A13 London Road westbound between Chapel Lane and Kenneth Road additionally.
The average speed is 15mph.
