GENESIS Risk Solutions have been confirmed as the main sponsors for next month’s Rally Together charity challenge.

The Echo’s Chris Phillips will be playing racket sports for 10 hours non-stop to raise funds for the mental health charity Mind of the Student.

And Rochford based Genesis Risk Solutions are keen to back the challenge.

A company spokesman said: “At Genesis Risk Solutions, mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health.

“The company is dedicated to cultivating a supportive, inclusive, and open workplace where employees feel safe prioritising their well-being.

“Through ongoing awareness initiatives, mental health training, and access to professional resources, Genesis aims to reduce stigma and encourage early intervention.

“Flexible work arrangements, regular team check-ins, and well-being-focused policies support a healthy work-life balance, empowering staff to thrive both personally and professionally.

Beyond its internal initiatives, Genesis also supports its construction industry clients.

“Through its underwriting arm, Original Underwriting, the company offers a Contractors Combined Facility that includes a free 24-hour mental health support line—ensuring help is always available when needed.”

Chris’ challenge – which is aimed to help improve mental health for youngsters in Southend – has already raised more than £6,000.
