A popular gaming and sports bar has shut its doors with bosses considering whether it will reopen.

Mulligans in Romford, located at The Brewery, temporarily shut on Thursday, June 4, following a review while bosses consider a permanent closure.

A spokesman for the venue said: "We would like to thank all of our customers and the local community for their support throughout our operation.

"Our immediate priority is supporting our team members through this process and we will continue to communicate any important updates directly with customers where relevant.

"We appreciate your understanding."

The venue opened on December 11, taking over the former Bunkers unit, and is one of 13 Mulligans locations nationwide including the popular crazy golf attraction at Basildon's Festival Leisure Park.

Each Mulligans site features its own unique range of activities and bespoke crazy golf courses.
