The Cliffs Pavilion's summer schedule continues with a range of productions spanning theatre, live music and comedy.

While many more events are on the calendar, these five shows are among the notable highlights coming up.

The run begins with Michael Flatley’s Lord Of The Dance, which arrives from Tuesday, August 11,to Thursday, August 13.

The internationally successful production returns as part of its 30th anniversary tour, marking three decades since its debut.

Audiences can expect new choreography, updated costumes, modern special effects and the distinctive blend of Irish dance, music and storytelling that helped make the show a global phenomenon.

Music takes centre stage on Saturday, August 15, with Luther Live & Velvet Voices.

The theatre show celebrates some of the most recognisable names in R&B, including Luther Vandross and Alexander O’Neal, while also paying tribute to artists such as Marvin Gaye, Bobby Brown and George Benson.

Featuring a live band and vocals from Gamal John, the production focuses on hits from the 1980s and 1990s.

Space rock pioneers Hawkwind visit on Friday, August 21.

With a career spanning almost six decades and more than 35 studio albums, the band remains one of the genre’s most influential names.

Their concerts are known for combining powerful rhythms, synthesiser-driven soundscapes and striking visuals, creating an immersive live experience for fans.

Legendary brothers Ron and Russell Mael bring Sparks to the venue on Wednesday, August 26.

The long-running band has announced a series of UK performances this summer, with the concert expected to draw on material from across its extensive career.

Reviewers have consistently praised the group’s inventive and energetic live shows.

Comedy rounds off the highlights on Thursday, August 27, with Jim Davidson: Last Man Standing...Just!.

The comedian returns with a new tour featuring fresh material and his trademark direct style.

The show is aimed at adult audiences and is restricted to those aged 18 and over.

With dance, music and comedy all represented, the venue is set for a busy and varied August programme.
