The family of an 18-year-old man killed in a motorbike crash last month have said they are "completely heartbroken" by his loss.
Jay Barrow died in a single-vehicle collision on Hay Green Lane in Brentwood shortly after 8.50am on July 28.
In a tribute, his family said: "As a family, we are completely heartbroken by the loss of our beautiful boy.
"He was so deeply loved and will be missed more than words could ever express.
"He brought so much joy, laughter, and love to everyone who knew him.
"He had the biggest heart and the cheekiest smile.
"Our lives will never be the same without him.
"At this incredibly difficult time, we kindly ask that our family’s privacy is respected as we try to come to terms with this unimaginable loss.
"We are grateful for the love, support, and kind messages we have received, but we ask for time and space while we grieve together."
Emergency services were called to the scene, where Jay was pronounced dead.
A GoFundMe page has since been set up to support his family.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.

Officers are particularly keen to identify a small blue convertible car that was seen travelling along Hay Green Lane around the time of the incident.
They are appealing to the public for information that could assist their enquiries.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
