Police are continuing to search for a missing 15-year-old who has not been seen for four weeks.
Akejah Baptiste was reported missing from the Hereford Walk area of Basildon on 21 July.
The teenager has not been in contact with anyone since and Essex Police are renewing their appeal for help to locate him.
Inspector Harry Shelton said: "We’ve been carrying out extensive enquiries to find Akejah but now we need the public’s help.
"It’s been four weeks since Akejah has been seen or in contact with anyone and we want to make sure he’s okay.
"We think he is still in the Basildon area and would ask the public to let us know if they’ve seen him recently or can help in any way to locate him."
Akejah is described as 5ft 4ins tall and of slim build.
Anyone who has seen him or has any information should call the force on 999 quoting incident 1280 of 21 July.
"Akejah, if you’re reading this, please get in contact with us to let us know that you’re okay," a spokesman for Essex Police added.
Enquiries remain ongoing.
